ATV rider dies in North Dakota crash. Companion turns to obtain him and dies in separate crash. – Twin Cities


ECKELSON, N.D. — Two males traveling on separate ATVs crashed in separate incidents Friday, each resulting in fatality.

Kyle Foster, 43, and Jeremie Foster, 47, have been every single driving 2014 Arctic Cat ATVs even though traveling to a rural farm about 7:30 p.m. Friday. Kyle Foster, of Tucson, Ariz., lost manage and rolled his 4-wheeler into a slough on a gravel road about six miles northeast of Eckelson, according to officials.

Jeremie Foster, of Fargo, N.D., was traveling ahead and created it to the farm. He then started to retrace his path to find the other automobile. Whilst carrying out so he lost manage of his ATV on one more gravel road and rolled into a ditch.

Kyle Foster was pronounced dead at the scene, even though Jeremie Foster was pronounced dead enroute to Mercy Hospital in Valley City, N.D. Eckelson is about 80 miles west of Fargo.

Neither man was wearing a helmet, according to investigators, and alcohol is a element in each incidents. Climate situations have been dry. The crashes stay below investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
