The occasion is hosted by Wilderness Inquiry, an outside adventure organization. The race is the company’s annual fundraising occasion, which Suzanne Huggett, outreach coordinator for Wildnerness Inquiry, compared to possessing a fundraising gala.

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey and St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter will be a component of the seven-mile race to Harriet Island.

The race will start at eight:30 a.m. at Hidden Falls Regional Park in St. Paul. Participants will be supplied Voyageur canoes, paddles, life-vests, a guide to stern each and every boat, occasion t-shirts, and lunch.
