GEAR UP students who previously attended Yerington and Silver Stage higher schools had the chance to listen to Harlan Cohen’s point of view and insight on going to college throughout a workshop titled “Dream It, Think It, Make It Occur.”
Cohen, a graduate of Indiana University, has authored 5 books, such as “The Naked Roommate’s Initially Year Survival Workbook” and “The Naked Roommate: And 107 Other Problems You May well Run into in College,” and serves as expert speaker, going to about 80 colleges annually.
