The historic Highland Park water tower will hold its fall open residence on Oct. 12 and 13, giving guests a picturesque view.
St. Paul Regional Water Solutions open residence will be from from 9 a.m. to five p.m. each days. Guests will have the opportunity to take the 151-step climb to the leading of the tower to take in views of the Mississippi river, the Highland region and the trees’ altering colors.
The view is stunning, in particular in the fall, mentioned Jodi Wallin, St. Paul Regional Water Services’ public information and facts officer.
Building of the Highland Park water tower completed in 1928, according to a press release. The Tower’s original blueprints, some bearing the signature of architect Clarence Wigington, will be on show at the open residence.
