A breath of fresh air: River Falls’ 1st totally free outdoors fitness trail coming quickly


RIVER FALLS — One particular of 3 regional parks in River Falls, DeSanctis Park on Roosevelt Street, will quickly be dwelling to a totally free outside fitness trail program, which will be open year-round.

This will be the only fitness trail at present offered to River Falls.

Eleven neighborhood members from many enterprises and institutions came with each other for this year’s Leadership River Falls group and brainstormed project concepts to tackle expanding prices of childhood obesity and supply outside possibilities.

Every single year a newly established Leadership group chooses a neighborhood project to fulfill specific city requires and then raises revenue to comprehensive the plans.
